After a career as a primary school teacher spanning 30 years, in 2006 Michelle decided to seize the opportunity to pursue a career change to Real Estate, which had long been her passion. This transition was immediately successful, proven by her being awarded the Achievement Award in 2008.
This initial achievement has been followed up by on-going sales success, repeat clients and numerous referrals from those having dealt with Michelle in the past. It is clear, through the volumes of positive testimonials she has received, that Michelle’s key strength is her outstanding customer service and client commitment coupled with her tenacity and dedication to a successful outcome for her clients.
Through her own dealing with estate agents when buying and selling both family homes and investment properties, Michelle has been able to draw on experiences, and in particular to understand first-hand how important the need for communication is when you are making the decision to sell your property – whether that is your family home, or a hard earned investment. Having lived in the inner southern suburbs of Leeming, Bull Creek, Brentwood and Ardross for approximately 30 years – Michelle’s local knowledge has been invaluable when determining accurate valuations of properties and finding suitable properties for purchase which meet the needs of clients.
For those looking to buy property, Michelle’s polite and courteous demeanour takes the pressure out of what is often a very stressful situation, answering questions and offering support without the “hard sell”.
In the most recent years she has stepped back from the sales arena and has been instrumental in the set -up of NAI Harcourts Realty Plus, using her vast knowledge of the sales process and administrative skills.
